About This Role
Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for government funding
Develop and submit proposals for funding and contracts in accordance with government guidelines
Manage all aspects of ongoing government projects, including budgeting, project planning, and progress reporting
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders
Provide support to other departments as needed with government-related tasks and initiatives
Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract requirements
Reports to the CEO
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, government, engineering)
5+ years of experience in government operations or related field
Strong understanding of government funding programs, including SBIR
Proven ability to successfully win and manage government contracts and projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to conferences and customer sites as needed. Up to 25% travel expected
Active security clearance preferred
