About This Role

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for government funding

  • Develop and submit proposals for funding and contracts in accordance with government guidelines

  • Manage all aspects of ongoing government projects, including budgeting, project planning, and progress reporting

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders

  • Provide support to other departments as needed with government-related tasks and initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract requirements

  • Reports to the CEO

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, government, engineering)

  • 5+ years of experience in government operations or related field

  • Strong understanding of government funding programs, including SBIR

  • Proven ability to successfully win and manage government contracts and projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel to conferences and customer sites as needed. Up to 25% travel expected

  • Active security clearance preferred

  • Part-time or Full-time opportunity
